Duo Universal Prompt registration for existing Duo users
Sign-in using your Moravian NetID at login.moravian.edu. You will be prompted to set up Duo Universal Prompt. Click the “Set up” button.
Okta will prompt you, again, to enroll your NetID with the new Duo Universal Prompt. Click the blue “Enroll” button
The enrollment process will ask you to authenticate with your most secure device. If you complete this authentication, your enrollment will be complete. If you do not want to use that device, click “Other options”
- Most secure - Platform authenticators
- Second most secure - Roaming authenticators
- Third most secure - Verified Duo Push
- and so on.
If you click "Other Options", you will be given a list of your configured devices and can select the device that you want to be the new default.
Duo will prompt your chosen device and once you complete the authentication, your enrollment will be complete and you will be returned to login.moravian.edu.
