At this time, you can only access Duo Device Management if you are not already logged in. The device management page is accessed during the login process, so you cannot get there if you already logged in. Instead, you can easily use a different internet browser, a private/incognito browser, to log in again.
Add or Manage Devices After Enrollment
When logging in to an application with the Universal Prompt, click the Other options link on the authentication page to view your list of available methods. If your organization enabled self-service device management then you'll see a Manage devices choice at the end of the list. Click that to enter the device management portal.
1. During login, when prompted by Duo, click the "Other options" link
2. At the bottom of your devices list, click the "Manage devices" button"
3. Verify your identity using one of your existing devices. Once you verify yourself, Duo will take you to the Device Management page.
4. On the device management page, you can add new devices and delete old devices
