Here is the document with how to connect to REMOTE through MS Remote Desktop on the MacBook
The next step is to setup the option to be able to connect to your MacBook while on the remote computer.
You then need to make sure "sharing" is active on the MacBook, and you can select specific folders to share.
Go to the Apple
Select System Settings
Select General
Turn on Sharing if it is not on.
Select the "i" and it should open a window to select the folder(s) and make sure to add your account to be able to read & write. (check out the screenshot)
I usually change "everyone" to "No Access"
Once you have your folders shared
Go back to Visio
Browse to open a new file in the "address bar" you will type in \\ML-13187 (which is the name of your MacBook, check out the screenshot)
If the computer name doesn't work you can try the IP address of the MacBook (Found under System Settings -> Network -> Wi-Fi -> Details ->TCP/IP)
Select enter, if the folders are shared out properly, they should appear.
