Turning on your Phone for the First Time
When you first turn on your phone, it will prompt you to set up your Voicemail as the first step. Look below for the requirements on it
- Staff and Faculty
- The PIN has to be 4 numbers, and the numbers cannot be the same or in order (eg., 4567 or 9876)
- RAs and RDs
- You will not have to do this step when it turns on
How to Check Voicemail from Zoom IP Desk Phone
Access the voicemail message center:

- Press the Message button
on the device.
- Alternatively, you can dial and call *86 on your desk phone to access the voicemail center.
- When prompted, dial your voicemail PIN followed by #.
- Press one of these keys:

Play all voicemail messages starting with your new (unplayed) messages. |
| 2 |
Record a voicemail greeting. The greeting will be added to your Zoom Phone audio library. |
How to Check Voicemail from Zoom Desktop Client

Open the Zoom Client on your laptop, phone, or iPad.

On the left-hand side, look for the option that says Phone.

After clicking on the Phone, you will see options on the top left, and on the right-hand side, you will have an option to type a number in.

On the top left-hand side, you want to select Voicemail, and it will show the list of voicemails that you have below it.
