Location: Library 2nd Floor, Hafer
The technology in this room includes
Neat Board (without neat pad)
The Neat Board in Hafer does not have a Neat Pad, and all controls are done from the Touch Screen menu on the board itself.
They can join a meeting, use the whiteboard, or just share content to the in-room participants if Zoom is not necessary
Additional Neat Board settings are accessed as shown below:
NOTE:
Some settings are LOCKED and the Admin PIN is required (in 1Password)
Microphone & PA System
There is a PA Mic/Speaker system in the side room of Hafer as shown below.
The system has a wireless microphone that will sound over the Hafer in-ceiling speaker system when in use.
The microphone takes AA batteries
The microphone volume is controlled as shown below. There are multiple mic options in the cabinet below (Shure1/2/3, Lapel Mic, Wired Mics), and a projector
