This applies to any classroom/space with a Zoom Room system. As of September 2024, this includes the following spaces:
- Bahnson Center: Aldersgate, Herrnhut, Kunwald
- Benigna Hall: 1st Floor Lobby; 209 Conference Room
- Colonial Hall: Gee Conference Room
- LTS: Neat Board in Lark & Library
- SMRC: 113, 119, 271

When using a Zoom Room, simply walk into the space, open up the Zoom app on your computer/device, and click the "Share Screen" button on the Home menu page.
After you click "Share screen" you will be prompted to confirm what content you'd like to share. On this menu page, make sure to check the boxes for "Share sound" and "Optimize for video clip".
Volume is then controlled by the Zoom Room itself. A volume bar is available on the Zoom Room controller, or on the touchmonitor itself for spaces without a dedicated controller.
