Prerequisites:
- Create or schedule a meeting as you normally would within Zoom
- Open the Zoom app
- Log in to the Zoom app
Method 1: "Join from a room" without the need to first pair your laptop to the Zoom Room.
- Open the Zoom app and select the Meetings tab (top set of tabs).
- In the left column, select the meeting you wish to start/join.
- Once you've selected a meeting, click on "Join from a room".
- That's it!

Method 2: "Join from a room" if you first pair your laptop with the Zoom Room.
- Open Zoom and click on the "Pair with a Zoom Room" button in the upper right corner.
- Start your Zoom meeting as usual
- You will be asked to choose "Start from room" or "Start from computer". Select "Start from room".
