You can assign users in your account to schedule meetings on your behalf. You and the assigned scheduler must be on a Paid plan within the same account.
Assigning Schedule Privilege
1. Sign in to your Zoom account via login.moravian.edu, click on the Settings menu option, located on the left-hand menu.

2. Once the settings window loads, click on the Meeting option.

3. The Schedule Privilege option is located at the bottom of the list of Meeting options. The quickest way to get to that option is to click on the Email Notification menu option and then scroll to the bottom of the window.

4. To allow someone access to your Zoom schedule (and resources, like recordings), click on the "Add" option located next to the "Assign scheduling privilege to"

5. You will need to provide an email address of a current Moravian Zoom user in ordre to give them the scheduling privlege.

6. As you type in the email address, a list of users will appear. Select the user to whom you want to assign the Schedule Privilege.

7. Make sure to select the "Can manage my private events" option.

8. Click the Save button to save your Schedule Privilege selection.
