Zoom Rooms: Neat Board

How to turn on the Neat Board 

• If the neat board is already connected to power, touch the screen with the stylus to wake up the Neat Board

• Connect the Neat Board power cord to a wall outlet. The board will turn on automatically

Hybrid Classroom Meetings (with External Zoom attendees)

Method 1:

• Open the Zoom app and select the Meetings tab (top set of tabs).

• In the left column, select the meeting you wish to start/join.

• Once you've selected a meeting, click on "Join from a room".

• That's it!

Method 2:

• Join the Zoom Meeting from the Neat Board

  • With the stylus touch the Join button on the Neat Board

  • Enter the Meeting ID & Password for your scheduled Zoom Meeting

• Join the Zoom Meeting from the presenters laptop

  • Launch the Zoom App on your device

  • If prompted to login, select SSO, and login with your Moravian credentials.

  • The Neat Board will use its Camera & Microphone to present Audio/Video to the in-class and remote users.

  • To Share meeting content, select Share from your device.

    • If you are sharing Audio content (ie: from a CD/Online Video), be sure to check the "Share Audio" on the Share screen menu so the sound presents on the Neat Board and to your remote attendees.

In-Classroom Only Presentations (no external attendees)

• Sharing with a Key

  • Press Share Content on the Neat Board and a pop-up with the sharing key will appear

  • Open the Zoom app on your Device

    • If you need to login, select SSO, and login with your Moravian credentials if not already logged in

  • Click Share Screen from the Zoom app on your device

  •  Enter the sharing key presented on the Neat Board & press Share.

• Audio Controls: 

  • Direct Screen Share will automatically share your Audio with the Neat Board for your device. You can control the Audio/volume from your device using the built in sound controls
