What is this service?
Reserve a Loaner Item (Laptop, Tablet, or AV Equipment)
When your item has been requested and a loaner is available, you will get an email for pickup.
The loaner equipment is lent on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Loaner equipment is due back 1 week after the pick-up date.
Pickup is determined by the start date/time you enter. Please provide the date and time you would like to pick up the equipment.

NOTE: Equipment needed for an event is determined through a 25Live room reservation.
Who is eligible to use it?
Faculty, Staff, and Students
The standard loan period is 7 days, or until the repair/troubleshooting process is complete on the original device.
Where can I get it?
Click the Request Loaner button and pickup will be at the IT Help Desk located in Reeves Library, lower level
How much does it cost?
Replacement fee for lost/theft of the loaned item
Late fee if the loaned item is overdue
