For any MacBook/iPad hardware repair schedule an appointment with the IT Help Desk.
All hardware repairs for Apple equipment will be mailed to Apple for repair.
Who is eligible to use it?
Faculty, Staff, and Students
How much does it cost?
Free if the damage inflicted is covered by warranty. If not, dependent upon what type of damage and make/model of the machine.
