Self-service account recovery allows Moravian users to reset their Moravian NetID password or unlock their accounts without contacting IT Help Desk.

NOTE: Employees with Moravian-owned MacBooks may need to visit the IT 

Prerequisites 

You must have an active Moravian University NetID account access to the Internet

Go to the website login.moravian.edu

Setup account

If this is the first time you are logging in you will be presented with the following:
 

Add a mobile number for recovery of a forgotten password or locked account
You will be asked to verify the mobile number when it is successful select the Done button.
